Local Rules

 USGA RULES AND THE ROYAL AND ANCIENT GOLF CLUB OF ST. ANDREWS,
 SCOTLAND RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY EXCEPT WHERE MODIFIED BY LOCAL RULES.

  • OUT OF BOUNDS
(Rule 27-1) are beyond the OB signs or white stakes or lines where necessary.
  • WATER HAZARDS
(Rule 26) are defined by yellow stakes or line where necessary.
  • LATERAL WATER HAZARDS
(Rule 26) are defined by red stakes or lines where necessary.
  • GROUND UNDER REPAIRS
are defined by white lines and relief may be obtained under Rule 25-1.
  • MOVABLE OBSTRUCRTIONS
The following are movable obstructions and may be removed as provided for in Rule 24-1; a) Litter baskets, b)Benches, and c) Stakes defining hazards, etc.
  • IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS
The following are immovable obstructions and relief may be obtained under Rule 24-2; a) Valves and sprinkler heads, b) Bridges crossing hazards, and c)
All spectator stands, scoreboards, tents, kiosks, refreshment buildings and advertising materials on the course.
  • Waste bunker is defined by brown stakes - Hole No. 5A
  • Ball landing in love grass is deemed lost ball.
  • Sprinkler heads and yardage posts are to center of green.
  • Out of bounds - Holes No. 1A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 5B, 7B, 9B, 1C, 2C, 6C and 8C
  • All landscaped flowering beds - No free drop

Laem Chabang International Country Club is in Sriracha district, Chonburi province, the eastern part of Thailand. It is located only 109 km. from Bangkok and 30 km. from Pattaya, one of Thailand's biggest tourist destinations

From Bangkok by Bangkok-Chonburi Motorway or Highway #7.
  a) Take exit to Pattaya. Drive along Highway #7. Pass Khao Kheow Country Club.
  b) At the exit of Leam Chabang Port, follow the direction to Pattaya-Rayong.
  c) Keep left and exit at the 31.7th km., turn left to the road leading to LCICC.
  d) Turn right into LCICC at the 5th km. of the road.
From Bangkok by Bangna-Trad Highway and Highway #7. (109 km.)
  a) Keep left and turn left to Highway bypass #3 at the 58th km. of Bangna-Trad Highway.
  b) Drive along Highway bypass #3. Pass Panusnikom and Banbung exit.
  c) Pass Bangsaen exit, follow the direction to Pattaya-Rayong.
  d) Drive along Highway #7.Pass Khao Kheow Country Club.
  e) At the exit of Leam Chabang Port, follow the direction to Pattaya-Rayong.
  f) Keep left and exit at the 31.7th km., turn left to the road leading to LCICC.
  g) Turn right into LCICC at the 5th km. of the road.

From Pattaya (30 km.)
a) Drive along Sukumvit Road or Highway #3 towards Bangkok.
b) Turn right to Highway #36 towards Rayong.
c) Pass the Million Years Stone Park and Pattaya Crocodile Farm on the   right.
d) Keep left and exit to Bangkok or Highway# 7. Drive along Highway #7.
e) Turn left at the 32nd km. and then make a u-turn and go along the over-pass.
f) Turn right into LCICC at the 5th km. of the road.

From Rayong by Highway #36. (50 km.)
a) Drive along Highway #36 towards Bangkok. Turn right to Highway #331.
b) Pass Pattaya Country Club. Turn left to the road leading to LCICC.
c) Turn left into LCICC at the 4th km. of the road.
